About StoneRidge
Everyone who owns a lot in StoneRidge is a member of the Property Owners Association. The members elect a board of directors from among themselves at the annual meeting in November. The board sets the yearly dues, looks after what the owners share and keeps the association's records.
Every lot is bound by the recorded Declaration, the Bylaws and the rules the board publishes. Read them on the governing documents page.
Before you build
Building, adding to or changing the outside of a home needs the Architectural Control Committee's approval first. Send the board your plans, with:
- elevations of each side that changes
- a perspective drawing
- the materials and colors
- the grading and landscaping
Use the form below and choose “Building or changing the outside of a home”. The committee decides within 30 days of getting complete plans.
Buying or selling a lot?
The governing documents are open to everyone. Title companies and buyers can ask for a status letter (the paid-assessment certificate) with the form below: choose “A status letter for a sale” and the Treasurer will send it.
